If for any reason you are not completely happy, our return policy is designed to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. Please review the following guidelines to understand our return, exchange, and refund procedures:

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or customized products.
• Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale.
• Damaged products caused by misuse or neglect.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

1. Contact our customer service team at support@tinytacticians.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide a detailed description of the issue and include photos of the defect or damage.
3. Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email our customer service team at support@tinytacticians.co.uk  request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase.
3. Ship the item to the return address provided in our return authorization email.
   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same process as initiating a return and specify the desired replacement item.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will send you a gift certificate.
